Payments are risk free, stress free at the SPACE eStore. We offer Cash On Delivery service to our customers in which there are no advance payments required. Our customers can simply pay the invoice amount at their home/office doorstep once their order has been delivered to them.


SPACE eStore provides Shipping Nationwide, meaning your order will be delivered to the comfort of your home/office. Our delivery time is 4 to 5 working days (depending city to city) once an order has been confirmed by the customer. We understand the urgency of our customers’ orders and try our best to ensure that our shipments reach them as soon as possible. Unexpected delays may occur with shipments and therefore we encourage our customers to track their orders with the provided Tracking ID of their respective order - the Tracking ID is sent to the customer via an email/SMS notification once his or her order has been shipped from our warehouse.


SPACE eStore offers a 7-Day Checking Warranty on all SPACE products. This means that if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or have received a damaged product, then the order may be returned back to us within 7 days. In case a customer receives a damaged product then we will be fully responsible to make an exchange for that order, bearing all delivery costs. If a customer wants to initiate an exchange for a product that is not damaged but simply not desired then delivery charges will be beared by the customer. The exchange can be for the same, or another product from our website. Please note that there will be no cash returns.

SPACE products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of six months to one year, depending on the product - please check product(s) page to see the duration of warranty. Warranty claims can be initiated by our online support team, store location where purchase was made and/or the SPACE Customer Care & Display Centers located nationwide. At SPACE eStore, our top priority is that our customers feel comfortable in buying the products that they really desire. If you are not satisfied or comfortable with your purchase then you are able to cancel your order. Cancellation of your order will depend on whether your order has been shipped or not. If the order has been confirmed but not shipped, you can contact us and we can cancel your order right away. If your order has been shipped then we will not be able to cancel it.
