Refund policy

SPACE eStore offers a 7-Day Checking Warranty on all SPACE products. This means that if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or have received a damaged product, then the order may be returned back to us within 7 days. In case a customer receives a damaged product then we will be fully responsible to make an exchange for that order, bearing all delivery costs. If a customer wants to initiate an exchange for a product that is not damaged but simply not desired then delivery charges will be beared by the customer. The exchange can be for the same, or another product from our website. Please note that there will be no cash returns.

SPACE products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of six months to one year, depending on the product - please check product(s) page to see the duration of warranty. Warranty claims can be initiated by our online support team, store location where purchase was made and/or the SPACE Customer Care & Display Centers located nationwide.
